    As of 17:44 UTC (12:44 PM EST), Cloudflare has reported that their services are operating normally. They're continuing to investigate the root cause of the earlier disruption. Channeltivity is also operating normally at this time.

    As of 14:42 UTC (9:42 am EST) Cloudflare states that, "A fix has been implemented and we believe the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal."

    We are still actively monitoring Cloudflare’s recovery efforts until this issue is marked as fully resolved on their end. During this period, customers may continue to experience intermittent availability issues until Cloudflare fully resolves the underlying problem.

    Starting at 11:48 am GMT on 18 Nov 2025, some Channeltivity customers began experiencing intermittent downtime, 500 errors, and slow load times within the application. The issue is related to a global Cloudflare outage that is affecting connectivity and performance across multiple online services, including Channeltivity.

    We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s recovery efforts and implementing mitigation steps where possible. During this period, customers may continue to experience intermittent availability issues until Cloudflare fully resolves the underlying problem.
